This Demanding Life Ltd only use cookies as strictly necessary in the operation of my website to collect anonymous data via GA4 (formerly Google Analytics) on how visitors use our website (such as numbers, where from, time spent, pages viewed, visitor returns) – so that we can improve the site and allow you to share pages with others on social media.

We try to use as few data collection plugins as possible but there are some which we use to help me to determine who is using the website and how we can use the website to serve people well.
We use GA4 – this tells us how the website is performing on search engines, which pages people spend the most time on, how they have found This Demanding Life and the rough demographic information of the audience (age, gender etc). You can view Google’s Privacy Policy by clicking this link.
You will notice that we have a mailing list which you’re welcome to sign up to. We send a weekly email on a Friday and may occasional send mid-week emails. We use MailerLite as my email list manager, you can view their security and privacy information on their legal page by clicking this link. You can opt out of emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the emails.
We use TidyCal for scheduling Zoom calls. When booking a call you’ll be asked to provide an email address for us to reach you on. This email address is protected under this privacy policy. You can also read TidyCal’s privacy policy by clicking this link.
If you contact us via the contact form on the website, in doing so, you are consenting for us to respond to your enquiry via email. Contacting us via the contact form will not add you to our mailing list and we will not contact you via email for anything other than your enquiry.
